How our terms work: these General Terms apply to every Techmansys product and service. Each product also has product-specific terms (linked below) that supplement these General Terms; if they conflict, the product-specific terms prevail for that product.

1. Who we are

2. Use of our products and websites

You may use our products and websites only lawfully, only as licensed, and — for products that audit or test systems and data — only against systems and data you own or are expressly authorized to assess. You are responsible for the users you provision and for safeguarding your own accounts and credentials.

3. Intellectual property

Our products, including software, audit and automation logic, AI prompt designs, designs, and documentation, are owned by Techmansys or its licensors. Except for the licenses granted in product-specific terms, no rights are transferred. Your data remains yours. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.

4. AI-generated content

Our products use AI to generate content such as reports, summaries, guidance, and test artifacts. AI output is a draft for review by qualified humans — it is not legal, financial, or professional advice, not an audit opinion, and not a certified attestation, and it may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

5. Warranty disclaimer and liability

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS, OUR PRODUCTS AND WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHMANSYS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Monetary caps and further limitation terms are set in the product-specific terms; for free use of our websites, our total liability will not exceed US $100.

6. Governing law

These General Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-laws rules; exclusive venue is the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

7. Changes

We may update these General Terms; the current version is always at this page and material changes are effective thirty (30) days after posting. Product-specific terms state their own change process.
