This Privacy Policy describes how Techmansys Inc. (“Techmansys”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website (techmansys.com), our business communications, and our commercial activities — including distribution of our products through third-party marketplaces such as the Snowflake Marketplace and Microsoft AppSource. It applies to website visitors, business contacts, and marketplace consumers.

Our products have their own product-specific privacy terms where applicable (see Section 4). Where a product policy applies, it governs data processed by that product.

2. Who we are

Techmansys Inc. is a software company incorporated in Delaware, USA, building AI-powered software-delivery and data-quality products, including the iPerfeQT product family.

3. Information we collect

Contact and business information you provide — name, work email, company, and message content when you contact us, book a demo, or make an inquiry (including inquiries routed to us by a marketplace).
Support information — the content of support requests you send to support@techmansys.com, and related correspondence.
Website usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed). Our website is informational and does not require an account.
Marketplace listing data — information marketplace operators share with us about consumers of our listings (for example, account or contact details provided by the Snowflake Marketplace), which we use to provide support and fulfil the listing.

iPerfeQT for Snowflake and your data: the product installs and runs entirely inside your own Snowflake account. Your data never leaves your account, Techmansys has no runtime access to it, and we keep no copy of it. Audit results, findings, and reports are stored in your account, under your control.

4. Product-specific terms

iPerfeQT (web application / Microsoft Teams) — governed by the product privacy policy at iperfeqt.com/privacy-policy.
iPerfeQT for Snowflake — a Snowflake Native App operating within the consumer’s Snowflake account; in-product terms are presented on first use.

5. How we use information

To respond to inquiries, provide demos, and deliver customer support.
To fulfil, maintain, and support marketplace listings, and to notify consumers about listing updates in accordance with this policy.
To operate, secure, and improve our website.
To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train AI models.

6. Legal basis

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries, operating our website, supporting our products), performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

7. Sharing and third parties

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as website hosting and email providers), with marketplace operators as required to fulfil listings, and where required by law. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Data retention

We retain business correspondence and support records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize them.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we hold. Our flagship product architecture is designed so that customer data remains in the customer’s own environment (see Section 3).

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your correspondence will be processed in the US.

11. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email contact@techmansys.com — we respond to all verified requests within the timelines required by applicable law.

12. Cookies

techmansys.com does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies used are limited to essential site functionality.

13. Children

Our website and products are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
